THE COMPANIONS - Steve Ellis Playmats & Tokens!

Good afternoon all & happy New Year!

Sharing the good news - the playmats have at long last all been received by DefCat Productions & tabulated to make sure we have everything we need to fulfill all of the orders. Things were slowed down by an unexpected change in office space that somehow created a saga lasting from October until now - but things are settled in & ready to begin soon. Jay (DefCat) has all of the boxes, etc. on hand as well so realistically the remaining blockers are threefold:
- Fulfillment of the Duras campaign
If you're a backer of the Dura's playmat campaign, I'm sure you're aware of growing pains present there as well that can be translated over to this one. Obviously, this isn't ideal or what Jay wanted, but it's the situation we're in now. Fulfillment of that campaign is ending early next week.
- Mats that need signed by Steve
is the remaining logistical hurdle - Steve moved out of the country & we're working with him still to figure out the best way to get mats to and from him for signing. This shouldn't effect the bulk of you but we apologize to those who it'll slow down.   
- Random APs!
When sitting down at the end of last month, we realized that we never coordinated with Steve to ensure we had the random APs we needed to send out to each of you. Those will be hitting the mail soon & should be to us by the end of the month.

All of that to say!
PER JAY, THE VAST MAJORITY OF ORDERS WILL BE GOING OUT BY THE BEGINNING OF MARCH!

As usual, I would like to apologize profusely that it's taken this long to get items into your hands. We shall have you these beautiful mats, at long last, in March.

Good afternoon everyone - 

we come to you this week with good news! UltraPro has finally let us know that the playmats have shipped to us. 

Now - we do have a few logistical hurdles to clear yet. We need to get specific mats signed by Steve, gather shipping supplies, make sure we have EVERYTHING we need to finish fufilling. But this is the major hurdle that needed to be done - getting the mats. 

When we receive them (and when we have a ship date) we will let you all know! Thank you. :)

Good evening gamers!

All of the backers who pledged for a penciled, inked, or painted AP from Steve have had those sent along!

The random APs for first 150 backers (aka all backers haha) have not gone out - apologies about that misunderstanding. 

The playmats have been paid for (three weeks ago now) and we are waiting for a final date as to when we are going to have them in hand. We haven't heard anything from UltraPro in this regard.

Good morning gamers -

Wanted to check in this week with at least one piece of news. I, Cal, have all of the artist proofs from this BackerKit in my possession & will be shipping them out to their recipients on Monday, seperate from the rest of their normal pledge. If they have tokens, I'll be sending those along as well. 

In that vein, if you ordered just tokens: Good news! Those orders will be going out as well. 

We have the playmat order on the books, we're just waiting for a solid date from UltraPro as to when we will actually have them in hand.

Good evening gamers - some good news. 

The mat order is officially with UltaPro - as in they've fully signed off on it & so we have we & so has Steve & so has Wizards on all of the art. We don't have a final print date from them yet, but we should have one soon. 

For those of you who bought artists proofs! We are also mailing these individually very soon so that y'all will have them in your hands.

That's it for this week's quick updates - but they are two quite excellent pieces of news, if I do say so myself.
